Knitlly Original – Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Knitlly Original pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how our 7-day return & exchange policy works.


7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags must not be broken.

  • The item must be free from any stains, odors, or damages.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are accepted only for size issues, damaged product.

👉 Important: Customers must provide a video of the unboxing to validate claims of damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery. Without this proof, requests will not be accepted.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the requested size is available in stock.

  • Products must meet the eligibility conditions above.


How to Start a Return/Exchange

To begin, contact us at knitllytees@gmail.com. Please note:

  • Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items must be shipped to the following address:

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

  • Proof must include a clear unboxing video.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items with broken tags, stains, odors, or damages will not be accepted.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for approved size-issue returns.

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at knitllytees@gmail.com.
