Knitlly Original – Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Knitlly Original pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how our 7-day return & exchange policy works.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Tags must not be broken.

The item must be free from any stains, odors, or damages.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted only for size issues, damaged product.
👉 Important: Customers must provide a video of the unboxing to validate claims of damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery. Without this proof, requests will not be accepted.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only accepted if the requested size is available in stock.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll share a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if:

The item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent.

Proof must include a clear unboxing video.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items with broken tags, stains, odors, or damages will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Refunds

Refunds are only processed for approved size-issue returns.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks and card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
