Welcome to Knitlly Original (“Knitlly”). The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Knitlly Original. Knitlly operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide personal details such as your name, email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

Knitlly Original specializes in oversized t-shirts, cargo pants, crop tops, polo t-shirts, and joggers.

We have made every effort to display accurate colors, sizes, and designs. However, actual appearance may vary depending on your device and settings. Knitlly does not warrant that products will meet your expectations or look identical to their online images.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We may discontinue items at our discretion and may limit the quantities of products we offer.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Knitlly reserves the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy [LINK].

All purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs or import charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship orders nationwide in India, and internationally where available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Knitlly is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Knitlly offers a 7-day return & exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility rules:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted only for size issues.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days, and depend on stock availability.

  • Items with broken tags, stains, odors, or damages are not eligible.

  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof in case of claims regarding damage, wrong product, or missing items.

Non-returnable items: sale products, custom designs, and gift cards.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days once the return is inspected and approved.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Knitlly Original designs, logos, text, product descriptions, photos, and creative assets are our intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our content without our written permission.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools and services (e.g., Shopify apps, payment gateways) which we do not control. These are provided “as is” and without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

Our store may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or content of such third-party platforms, nor for your use of their products or services.

Knitlly is powered by Shopify, but all transactions are directly between you and Knitlly. Shopify is not responsible for sales, warranties, or issues related to your order.
